Summer in Central Texas is one of my favorite times of year. It’s filled with backyard barbecues, time on the lake, road trips through the Hill Country, and celebrations that remind us how lucky we are to call this country home. From Memorial Day through the Fourth of July and beyond, it’s a season that brings people together—and a time when we’re especially grateful for those who serve and the freedoms we enjoy every day.

It’s also a time when life gets busy and a little unpredictable, which is why having the right coverage matters. Being part of this community means everything to me. I’ve called Cedar Park and Leander home for over two decades, and I’m proud to stay involved through the Leander Chamber of Commerce and regional leadership opportunities. When I’m not in the office, you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband of over thirty years and our two daughters—watching sports, exploring local trails, or just enjoying time together at home.
